Linux Problem: output error : invalid character value

This problem has caused me a lot of work, I can not find a solution.
It happens randomly:

[4:45:02.165] Player has logged in.
[4:47:09.840] Player has logged out.
output error : invalid character value
[4:48:09.590] Player has logged in.

The big problem is that making the server goes down.
I think it's problem with libxml, or a problem with UTF-8 encode.
