Problem to connect to my server!

Hi, guys, my problem its that, when im trying to login on my server. Im getting a error and the error is this :

DEBUG: internalDecayItem failed, error code: 2, item id: 11094

plz can someone help me and i got another error too this one :

mysql_real_query(): SELECT * FROM z_ots_comunication WHERE `type` = 'login'; - MYSQL ERROR: Table 'hellice.z_ots_comunication' doesn't exist (1146)
