Problem with Character Deaths

Hello,

I have an problem.. When someone dies, it doesn't show in either the Characters Death List or 'Last Deaths'. I've been searching around like a fool, but I really can't find anything that help me out.


I got this message when someone dies..




As I don't feel that very confident with MySQL, I really would need help with this.

Execute this in Phpmyadmin.

ALTER TABLE `killers` ADD `war` INT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
