Problems running server..

Hello,
I recently downloaded this: http://otland.net/threads/best-released-real-map-10-31-based-1-0.204514/
and im having troubled running the server, when I try and run the .exe, I get this message: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
Im running windows 7 64x and have installed both:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
and still no luck. Im all out of ideas and not sure what to try next, any ideas?

Try replacing your current DLL's with these (you only need lua51.dll and libmysql.dll).

If the x32 ones dont work try the x64 ones, or the other way around.

well have you even tried to run it as administrator maybe will fix your problem worked for me a couple of times
well good luck with your server and hope fully we may see it on the otservlists

Yeah I tried running it as Admin but nothing, and at this rate my OT won't be happening haha.

EDIT: Alright so I used to be able to run my 8.6 OT fine previously, now when I tested to see if that worked, I get the same error, so it must of been something i've installed? I have no idea..

EDIT2: Okay I finally figured it out. Thanks!
