Problems with Gesior 0.3.8

Hello, I'm using TFS 0.3.6 with Gesior 0.3.8 I don't know if that is the cause of the error but whatever.

Heres the error I get.
Add samples to DB:
News ticker sample is already in database. New sample is not needed.

Then it never let me finish the instalation. Im stuck here and I dont know what to do.

Try newer version of Gesior, Erase the database
