Random changes in mlvl then crash

Hello i have got a big issue, The server starts ok and everything works fine, but then a random crash, so i reload the server and start again, same player logs in CRASH, i check DB and see that his magic level is "23245" when it was 72, So im like WTF i change that and apologise to the player, and go to sleep, when i wake up i check the DB again now a diffrent player has "43546" magic level and the server is crashed.

Please could you help me solve this problem. I dont have a clue what is cousing the magic level thing

Also the character Is getting changed for example from a druid to a knight

Go to your vocations.xml and put manamultiplier to 1.1 for all vocations
