Windows Random Web Bug

So, i opened my OT, everything was fine until randomly, i go to login and once i hit enter after entering my password i get this:

phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

I tried to restart my server and xampp, and i still cannot find out, nor have any idea why this would occur when one minute everything was fine..


If you could help me, i will give rep++ definitely.

Clear your cookies ín your web-browser. That works for me I suppose.
