Recovery Key

Today my character was hacked, but i loss my recovery key, why i can't recovery my character for my registered email ? I lost and waste my time here, please an administrator contact with me.

As I told you by private message, send us an e-mail, [email protected]. The e-mail should be sent from the e-mail your account is registered to and include your character name. The recovery key system hasn't been replaced yet and that is why you need to mail us to recover by mail.
