[REQUEST] A timer for opening folders

Hi there! Well Im looking for a timer, or some trick to open X folder at 15:00, for example.

Is there a way to do that without downloading anything?
What software do you recommend me to download?

Its easy, at 16:00 open Otland folder, located at desktop.^_^
