[Request] Every "X" level, or Every "X" nr of monster you killed you get ml/skills

Is possible anyone do this script?
Maybe its nice idea!!!

Example:

Every 1.000 demons killed you get skills:
if are you knight {gett club/sword/axe}
if are you paladin {gett distance}
if are you an magician {gett you a magic}

Anyone can do it please?
