RME Countertop Problem

I've been all around trying to search for an answer to this problem. Either I'm overlooking it or I'm the only one that has had it and can't figure out whats going on.

I'm trying to make a countertop for a shop. I've tried every single combination that exists within the editor (just standard sprites, nothing edited), and I keep having this problem.

The corners look fine, but everything in between just lays on the ground like a ground tile.

It is in fact impassable, but it don't look right.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

You are using the wrong item ids, check an RL map to (ex thais at Xodet to see the correct itemids), then use those on your map.
There are some that are higher and lower than the others
