Windows RME Map Editor Help

Hey guys, I seem like I can't fix this at all. This is the error I get>>

And I downloaded it from here http://otland.net/threads/10-55-remeres-map-editor.226099/
And I also downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 - 64Bit (i have a x64bit computer)
And I also got the 2 missing .dll files
So i'm not sure whats wrong here..... If any one has a fix to this problem could you please help me out a little!

Try to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 - 86 Bit, it works for me.

I don't think that would work because my operating system is a 64x bit. But hey ill give it a try for poops and laughs.
