rs Trap+ Bloking respawn

Well As far as i saw in the rules making rs trap with mcs and bloking respawn its illegal,
yes this is pvp server so i could kill them. I would have no problem in coming with 2 friends make ue combo and kill this guys but theyre bloking with noobchars so i will get rs for nothing because the come and come to block respwn 24/7.. and gms dont do nothing..
