Lua Rule Violation lost

I've been with this server for over 4 month already Tfs version 0.3 beta 2. I like its its pretty stable but... I dont see not error.

I am an Admin and my Rule violation command doesn't show no more with right click... I've check to see where i have to enable it but can't find it.

Player flags
Put the flags in the group table of your database.

You need to set the group's "violationaccess".

If you are using any TFS version before 0.3.3 (0.3.2 or 0.2.1 for example) you can do this in the database (phpMyAdmin). If you're running TFS 0.3.4 on the other hand, you should be able to change it in serverdir/data/xml/groups.xml

Violationaccess:
0 = Normal player
1 = "Tutor setup" (Name+statement reports)
2 = "Senior tutor setup"
3 = "Gamemaster setup" (Most reasons, banishing etc)
4 = "Community Manager setup" (Everything)
