RUNES BUG RUNES PROBLEM! HELP

The problem is that runes on my ot are bug. First off all when you buy them from npc false charges appears after u use them. For example: i buy 15 runes (doest matter the kind of rune), then i use 1 and charges become 99. Then i use an other and become 98 but after that they are infinites. My removerunecharges in config.lua is set true. Please i need help

Some one tells me i need to remove all lines of charges values in items.xml
but when i do that the server.exe say to me in concole cant load items.xml... HELP PLZ

you need the source files of your server, but im not sure if that will fix your issues i used this code but to fix something different
