Webdesigner Searching for webdesigner + CM!

Hello.

I'll start off by Introducing myself, my name is Simon and I'm 18 years old. I live in Sweden and is on my third year of high school (Gymnasiet). I am learning some basic c++ but will take another course at the start of the next year aswell, Ive also learned some web development and is taking my second course. So to learn even more c++,html,php etc I thought it would be a great idea to start making my own ots, trying to fix as much as possible by myself. But now Ive finished 2 of my servers and I'm about to start them up during this week (You will find more information about them in the advertisement thread later on)

Im hosting one 8.6 RL MAP and one 8.6 Edited Evolution server.

So now I am searching for someone just like me, who knows a bit about how a ot server works etc to work with me as an CM,god,admin or w/e its called these days. The only requirements is that you are 16 years or older, speaks decent English preferebly another language than Swedish.

Also I am searching for someone that could help me to make a "page" were you will see the 2 different servers, with exp,players online etc and when you press one of the 2 images you should come to the server you have selected. Working with znote aac 1.4 PM me and we could discuss the amount of cash you would like to get for the work.

If theres anything that is not clear enough or something missing just let me know and ill answear/add it.

Yes. I got over 4 years of CM experience in WoW-Private servers hosting up to 1000+ players with 700+ on peak hours. I'm always un-biased and follow the rules as they're stated.

I'm currently studying game-development and prefer to work with graphics in photoshop.

-Why am I qualified for this position?
The CMs work is to build, grow and manage communities. With over 4 years of experience I believe myself very suited for any server that may be looking for one.


-Why did I leave my old server?
With the new expansion of WoW (Mist of Pandaria) I felt it was my time to walk away. I was not excited about the expansion at all. I did play Tibia when I was younger and I'm now looking into working as a CM for any server.

-What do I think I'll do after you hire me?
I'll get right on work. Introduce myself to the community and what my work will be. I will be spending alot of time on the forums of the chosen server to get to know people aswell as be ingame to learn as much as possible of the server.

-Why should you choose me?
I'm a very kind person, helpful, considerate, and resourceful. I'm a stickler for rules and authority. Meaning, there's a reason people are put in position of authority, so everyone can enjoy their experience and not have to be hassled. I like to make sure people are having fun, and not getting harassed or cheated by people who think it's okay to do so.
