server crashing no reason

Anyone know how to fix this? i get this error/crash every few minutes on my ot. i dont know why but i think when knights die they bug dont know if thats forsure tho.

its stupid im using tfs 0.3.5pl1 and hosting the war server enderawar.no-ip.org
id appreciate if someone could help me fix, you will be heavily rewarded if you play my ot

Its from some faggot pinging/flooding me (the owner of frostlightwar.no-ip.org)

64.186.133.165 his ip, prove it? u can connect to his ot with it. and id appreciate if ppl could help me to stop him from being able to ping/flood
