Solved server online, can choose character and then... nothing

Hi guys! I'm writing to you, as I have a little problem with the server. I have tried to put the server online, and everyone is able to connect to it. When I have actually already created the account through the database entry, I'm not able to login!

I put the pass/account, I'm able to choose a character too, however when I have already chosen the character and it should open up, I get the message that the server is offline.
The server itself is only and I'm sure it is accepting connections, because well... Im able to choose a character. What could be wrong?

Hope you will help me out with this really annoying problem.

This means port 7171 is opened, but not 7172 (or viceversa). You need both ports (7171 and 7172) to be opened in order to login.
