Silentdefender Bans Agus, then Contridicts himself By not Banning Leo?

I got skull today.. Mosarn and a few others from no-pain came along bashing.. then Legentery Leo came along on his mage (Qaza) whilst logged on on leo and they eventually killed me..
I reported that they were mcing to GM Silentdefender who then told them to do a dance test? He couldn't do it and then admitted to using MC..
and Leo didnt get banned?
WTH?
Do you know what illegal means?
 
No matter what he does you still keep complaining, after the last thing with Agus we talked to Silentdefender and told him to not be too strict. Agus even insulted him so he deserved that banishment. This guy didn't insult him, he knew what he did was wrong and he admitted it so Silentdefender was nice and left him with a warning on both his characters.
