Once I have the following condition:

player->hasCondition(CONDITION_GAMEMASTER, GAMEMASTER_TELEPORT)
I wish I couldn't "use" any object when I'm far from it, such as ladders, chests or even the floor. Could someone please tell me if it's possible and if so how can I do it?
