Windows Sprite problem!

Hello!
I saw a tutorial on how to add sprites so I thought I could do that myself, so I downloaded a sprite and added it with tibiaeditor and dateditor.
Now when i try to go ingame my sprites are fucked up.

And when I try to spawn the item (ID 102), my client crashes..

The Sprite:

All credits go to the creator of it!
What am I doing wrong?

Do you pasted the Spr and Dat files to your tibia folder?

The Item ID 102 is a Floor,

Probably this is the problem, u need to edit another items, with similar attributes , as a sword.
Or create ur own item in items.otb

Now I try'd it again, after almost 45 minutes of compiling..
