Starting money in depot

I would like to ask how you add money into the depot when you start.
Like 5k or something.

If XML then you have to edit the character "Account Manager"

If Sql i have no idea i think its in phpmyadmin or the aac it self

sry I am using TFS 0.2.10 with mysql and using AFS-ACC
