I was thiking in this things :

2-reduce all magic level for 110- "then allowing the highest magic level 110~"
using example this count :

ml atually -15%

example with magic level of fatima (top magic level)

129-15% =109


Fatima = ml 115 with with 65%

3-Players get exp when kills other with level approximate.

4-try reducing the level of all players then letting the highest level 350.

5-Experience table~

From - To Experience multiplier
1 - 7 50x
8 - 29 35x
30 - 49 25x
50 - 74 20x
75 - 94 15x
95 - 119 10x
120 - 149 5x
150 - 199 3x
200 - 249 2x
250 - * 1x

6-put for a week transfer shadowcores to lunarforce for 15 points~

8-quests

and others quest...

9- events at least 1 time a week example this:
