Hello, I was on my computer when I got ban and just readed now the rules.

I was near the yalahar depot making casino (I dont know why you don't allot this, since it's a normal game, like real life. Someone lost and someone win. That's why life works). Casino doesn't appropriate have to be a bad name, called as 'scam' as you say in your website... That's a fun part of the game, and since shadowcores is an OTS server, you should allow this. You got no any report from my part saying that I scammed someone about it. This is a pure game that "normal" tibia has been given to us to enjoy it better and give/lost money to who doesn't got. Gambling...


I would like to ask you, reading the appropriate rules, for unban my account in order to get my all money back so I can start hunt again on my char, because I've been donated more than 100€ on my main account and I was conviced that I would be able to do the casino 'show' without any law imposed on.... If you couldn't allow to use casino (except on houses, because it doesn't attract anyone), as I said upside, I would be glad to get my account back in order to get money back, and I wouldn't do it again in casino, in respect of you.

Isn't here in Shadowcore more bad things than Casino? Like a good update to everyone who plays here, who supports the server and makes the server enjoyable and up-running? Why does Casino needs to be a monster with 7 heads when the point of this is everyone enjoying it?

You are not right, not matter what you say about this subject . If everybody decides to do what you do, the depots would once again look crowded and ugly and no free spots to normal players .

Thats how you should think : what if everybody was making casino on dp how would it look like " ?

No especial treatment my friend, rules are rules .

You are right, but casino on Tibia have been legal since I started play on it (like 2003) and the depot wasn't full of "casino players" as you're trying to mention. Ofcourse it would have some more people. But it's not a normal server, it's Open Tibia Server. Rules are made to be respected, ofcourse. And what about the features that server needs to give us? Such as updates and other things? Is beautiful to implement rules when the other things are being cleared. Specially when you donate to keep the server up. Donating doesn't mean "just items", because who's back-side of this, ofcourse is winning money with.

But nevermind, just going back to the topic, just wanted to ask any GM if I could get unbanned, atleast taking my money off from the char so I can hunt. (No, I didn't won cash, since the ban was not so long since I logged in...)
 
* Didn't even mention that's 'unfair-play' people getting banned for this form while alot of Poland/Brasillian people scams everyday at the Advertising Chat by the method of "SELL KK's for SMS".

Well the depots used to be croeded with casinos, thanks to mark they arent anymore

casino should be allowed (for example) only on floor +1 or something, that the ground depot would be available for normal players

LOl yeah when i was making casino i had some guy that told me " plz give my money back " and my answer was : " you lost it bro, now it isnt your money , its my money " and he said : " dude plz i lost everyhting on your casino, i donated like 50 euros to buy premmy scrolls and i even sold my set and asked my friends to money plz give me it back i am addicted on casino even in real life i have problems with it " . I told him : " dont worry you can buy more tibia gold from me using paypal and then you can play again ! and he said " dude i will commit suicide i swer " . I didnt believe him but the fact is that since this day this guy never loged in i check his profile once in a while to see if he was telling the truth...i will never know anyway
