Hello, well some shitty thing happened to me today, I just got an email from PayPal saying that someone asked for a refund and when I check my PayPal account (That had just like 20euros) it was on -36Euros. The claim comes from one of the guys I sold a template to, and its a 50Euro refund.
I delivered the template perfectly, even gave him a lot of support, made the template exactly as he wished, and I just charged him with 50 euros, that was on August 1st.

So, what should I tell paypal? This is really unfair, and the template I made was all done by me.
