How to make the players get faster attack?

Data/xml/vocations.xml attackspeed="2000" change what u want

Sure, but the Attack speed when i set for example from 2000 (1hit/2sec) to 100 (so 10hit/1sec?) and he is standing.. just 1hit/sec and only on moving the faster attack.. how to fix that?

I'm sure it's because either a limit on the C++ code or because the scheduler/thread can't go any lower than that for a certain creature.
