-Fixed pic loader, now correctly draws the hint crap
-Cleaned up primary file
-Added delete inside ImportHandler to remove unwanted imported objects
-Added reference information in SpriteFile to prepare for another overhaul of the sprite system to move completely to referencing (Currently half reference half dynamic)
-Added Open and Close to Edit menu for Items (They don't actually do anything yet but they will soon enough)
-Planning out Timeline editing of items (Shows items in a timeline format using a table)
-Planning out preferences (Customizations of background and font colors along with styles)
-Changed icons of "Preferences" and added "Item Builder..." to the menu

Very fast loading SPR and DAT

Note: Preview version ONLY loads 8.5, not because it cant load others, but because theres no option to select any other; Will be implemented later.
Preview version is meant to test memory usage and speed.
I managed to top it out at 45mb of RAM, basically do whatever you can to crash it or mess around with it to get its memory usage up and tell me how you did it.
I topped the RAM out by just scrolling the lists up and down a few times
Note: The first time you scroll from top to bottom of the item/sprite lists it will lag for a moment (Its reading the sprites, it should only lag once per SPR/DAT per list)
