Now otland.net/members/ show their user ID, that is how I got this list, I guess deleted characters don't appear there so I skipped few ID's that is why some guys may not be listed here, not sure if lolandus was in oldest 20 though.

Many, Kornholijo is another otland admin and many users listed there are moderators like xenios etc few others are still active in open tibia (ots) and others outside otland in Tibia or making bots etc (like stiju, I think he is owner of orkbot)
