trade panel change

how do i change trade panel from saying gold to saying ex: "rocks"

so like when you say hi, trade; to npc it will look like this:

ex.
shovel: 15 rocks, 56.00 oz
rope: 50 rocks, 18.00 oz

sorry i couldnt really explain it better, im not really sure how to ask it but take a look at the examples.
