So, I just want to adress a problem. I made my first chargeback of money on paypal today, on this server.

The story: GM deleted my rl friend (whom I played with since server start and we both streamed 90% of our journeys on twitch), my friend have never used anykind of bot on any server what so ever as long as I have known him. But he got deleted for using macro "or something else" (GM said this, stating that my friend "apparently used something"). Since he was wrongly deleted he wrote to GM and it was the standard answer "20 ppl wrote that they don't use bot so bye", my friend then choosed to try to get his money back from paypal ofcourse. That lead to another friend getting deleted because of chargeback, since he got prem from our knight. Whom got banned for never using a bot.

This is all a mess, and I tried to contact GM, and got some more constructive answers then my friend got, but after msging a couple times he didn't show any will to present any proofs or any solotion to this problem.. Hence I choose also to chargeback, because the server is unplayable if you are getting deleted randomly.

This said: I did enjoy the server, and the 40 hours streamed on twitch during the first week shows this. But it's not fair that fair gamers should be banned. Tho I do like the "no bot policy", but maybe be sure that ppl actually bot.

That's where I call bullocks, because I guarantee that anything you have spotted we could provide info without any problems. Since we both been fair and square playing since ever (in Tibia). Also both been streaming on Twitch, so there should be evidence "live" but there isn't.

I still say that it's a great server, this issue is just terrible.

First, im noone for talk about, but.. with all of my respects tbh sounds like your friend tryed to inject something that cant be done manually (some packet) and maybe he DONT play with cheats, but with that attempting is enough for Tibiantis to exile him..

I love to hear they banning ALLLL associated players with cheaters. If u can’t trust them don’t log in. If you can, sharing for makers etc is not a problem.

this also meansplayers SHOULD self police. Many guilds let aimbotters stay because it’s worth it. Now it’s not cuz u are risking many ppl if they ever used ur acc. For this reason alone i respect this staff more than any previous ones on other ots
