Windows Uniserver/Apache wont start after fresh windows 10 install

Hey all. I had windows 10 crash the other day. Had to reformat both hard drives, and reinstall all my data. Now apache fails to start when I try.

Im not seeing any errors, it just says it Failed to start. I have already deleted Skype from the PC, and tried to disable the W3SVC, and neither of those have given me any luck. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Apache going?

Microsoft says there is no possible way that it happened from them, and that I should contact apache for assistance.

Anything in the error log? Here:

You can also run netstat -aon | findstr :80 in cmd (administrator mode) to see if any other app is using port 80.

Holy crap. That error log is HUGE.

Doing netstat in cmd says TCP 'my ip address':50622 151.101.44.193:80 ESTABLISHED 5500

There error log is so Big that I cannot even copy it to pastebin without it crashing the google tab.

EDIT -- After looking at the error log again, I have apparently had errors for months. I looked a little closer and found the most recent errors with the same date.

Im going to mark this as solved. I ended up doing ANOTHER install of windows, which did nothing. To finally solve the issue, I had to reinstall Uniserver. So, I am not able to get Apache going, and log into the website.

EDIT : I made a typo. I am NOW able to use the apache server and website
