[USA] Arcadia BETA opening SOON! (8.1)

Arcadia BETA originally set for May 1st, 2008. Now opens Friday, April 18th at midnight (local time)​

Due to an increase in production, the Arcadia BETA will be open to the public EARLY! It has gone through an extensive closed BETA test and things are looking good for the Arcadia Team. We've added many quests as well as deeper labryinths to explore to the already RPG-rich server. Some more changes that have been made are:

• Arcadia will now be 100% RPG! What does that mean for its players? No more automatic spell learning. You must now save your gold to purchase each spell. This will also help keep the server from being flooded with Sorcerers and Druids that intend to do nothing but PK. There are also bigger quests that have you traveling all over the world of Arcadia... for bigger payouts! No teleports, so you better always be carrying your shovel and rope! This will also help you discover the history and folklore of Arcadia as you travel around the world on your adventures!
  
• Are you tired of seeing level 8's botting at the trainers and getting 100/100 skills overnight? Well, now you don't have to! First, you must PAY to enter the training room (a very reasonable fee of 100gp) and there will be a GM on duty that is responsible for nothing but watching over the trainers. So if you're found botting... POOF! Banned!
  
• In order to prevent people Power Gaming to level 100 in as short as a day or two, the exp rate will be set to 5x (down from 10x). This will help keep the playing field even and everyone has a chance to become the strongest of their vocation!
  
• Server events and festivals will be introduced following the BETA. We have many exciting ideas brewing in the Arcadia laboratory. Some ideas include: Monthly PVP Tournaments - once a month we will hold a massive tournament. It will be a bracket tournament (much like professional sports playoff brackets) and the winner takes all... including bragging rights! Mayor of The Great Kingdom - much like the U.S. Presidential Election, elected players will hit the campaign trail and try to gather as many votes as possible to rule the Kingdom! These and many more events are in the works!
  
• All this and so much more!

Why join this server? Because we made this server for YOU. Let's be honest, most Open Tibia servers these days are around for one reason, so corrupt server owners can do as they please. These servers don't last very long. We want you to have fun and meet great new friends while your on our server. This isn't about money (ALL features will remain free and there will be no "donation gifts") and it isn't about power (visit our Bannishment forum to express your thoughts and concerns about your bannishment and I promise they'll be heard).
