Even thought this server has more people than Venera it needs a lot of work. Some details are wrong and there are missing spawns and features. What i liked about this one is that it has more RPG-bility than the others and and controls PKers more. Played a little but it needs work and low rate servers are not my thing, also i agree with spanishmazapan, if you are gonna advertise it, advertise it before opening it so everyone has a fresh start.
