Website ip problem

Just wondering if anybody has had this problem...

Im using Uni server and basically my Ip allows people to go into my website with admin acess

Does anybody know what could be causing this problem and if so how to fix it, would help alot.

I'm not sure on how to do it, but I know theres a way to edit a file in xampp/htdocs so that only the ip "127.0.0.1" is allowed to access the administrator rights. Not saying you didn't look around but just try to look around on the tutorial about how to "safeproof" your MYSQL database from somebody else from an outside IP accessing your database.
