Hello everyone i am Kinda confused i have Downloaded like 3 or 4 Different modern acc and still the same i dont understand

i get this error?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{', expecting T_FUNCTION in C:\xampp\htdocs\Modern\system\application\libraries\sysplugins\smarty_internal_templateparser.php on line 190

i am currently using [modern acc] 0.3.6

Windows 7.. if it helps

Go to xampp\htdocs\Modern\system\application\libraries\sysplugins\smarty_internal_templateparser.php

and change line 190, remove the {
