Windows Website not accesible

I opened all ports (443, 80, 3306 etc.), and even the UniSystem tells me:

Accesible from Internet = YES

Still, I am only able to connect to website with computers conected to my router.
Any ideas?

First of all, double check all your firewall settings. Then try to contact your ISP for further support about your network. ^.-

I have the firewall disabled, and I'm 100% sure that all the ports are open (checked it like 100 times with all methods)

Wootieas you can also check your service by going to Open Port Check Tool
If you can fill your port 80 then you can check your service also.

If your service isnt running at canyouseeme.org you should try to test your website locally.
If your problem isnt solved after you confirmed your website is running locally then you should manage to disable any firewall from your router by activating DMZ modus.

With this mode your pc will be out of the firewall range so everything should work.
