Website Problems (No one Else Can View It)

I have Ported 80 and still others cant view the website.

I can view it fine with my Ip and Localhost. But when i use the Ip-org website i cant view it using the Hostname i get form there. Any help?

Turned my firewall off, ported 80 and 443

Try opening your port 3306. Also check that your hostname is up to date for example if you're using a no-ip and in your config.lua you're using the hostname, not the numbers.

the config for the server or website?

The config.lua for your server may have the same ip that you're using on your web

Are you sure that 443 and 3306 is being "Used by this program" in UniServer or XAMPP.
Also, you cannot have skype running at the same time, if you wanna do that you'll have to remove the ports from skype.

My port 80 and 443 both seemed to be blocked. Could this be my provider? and how can i get away around it,
