What's the maximum level diference between 2 players to get experience?

I played Icechaw some months ago and now that I got back I forgot. What I want to know is the range of levels that I get exp from players. If its 100 levels, for example if im level 200 I will not get experience if I kill lvls 99 or lower and also level 301 or higher. Hope you get my point.

if you're lvl 200 you cant get lvls from an lvl 50
cuse you'r 150 lvls higher understand now?
