Where should I hunt on a level 150 MS, I want level 200 quick :o

I really want level 200 quick so I can go to lots of wars, but I've tried hunting frost dragons in okolnir and I've tried hives and both spawns are full of botters. I'm not going to say what ot I'm talking about hunting on or else I might get pk'd while hunting
