Which npcsystem is this? HELP!

I'm currently struggling to find the right npcsystem to fit my npc scripts.

this system got 2 bugs (if u want to make rpg server)

1. NPC walk radius won't work - your NPC will wander through all Tibian lands..
2. StoryTeller won't work.

But It got 2 very important features:
- Shop NPC can sell backpack of manafluids (or who cares 4x Backpacks of Fruits each!)
- Travel based on player storage (ex. quest)
At least from what I remember - was very old times
