Why doesnt it work to get Shaman outfit?

Ive been talkin' to both Chondur and Hariyclyes, but neither of them wants to give me the outfit.
All they're asking about is Dragah's Spellbook, which Ive already gave them.
So if there's anyone who got an answer please message me ingame or just simply tell me how to get the outfit here.
