Why global save is needed? (just a question please dont troll me x))

I was wondering why server need go off to save... maybe would be better if each 12 hours do a ss (those globalevents)and 5 min before say:
in 5 min server is going save. keep in mind it will lag.
in 3 min server is going save. keep balablabla
better than shut down x.x

You can make update in globalsave!

lots of globalsave hapened... no update
so it would be more easy to shut down server when update lol

so.. u are mad coz the server shutsdown 3 or 4 mints? u cant do anything while u are waiting 3 or 5 mints? jesus
