Windows Windows 8 FPS Problem (Tibia 7.6)

Well I decided to play Tibia again bought a new Laptop with Windows 8 on it. Well the Problem is I get ingame like 5-10 FPS.
First i tought it was the driver but i Updated it and nothing changed. I also turned Vsync on and off aint working. Reinstalled the whole OS aint working.

If someone knows how to fix that Problem with Windows 8 please komment.

My Laptop sepc's:

Modell: Terra PC
Prozessor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 887 @ 1.40 GHz Dual Core
RAM: 4 GB DDR3
Systemtyp: x64
Graphic: Intel(R) HD Graphics (9.17.10.3062 driver version - latest update)

Then make sure you have proper video capabilities with your video card, OpenGL direct x and such

same on my laptop, i heard some rambling about doing something with the gpu would do the trick, but what, i have no idea
