Won an account giveaway, can I change the email?

Hello, there was an account give away within the Thais Depot to which I managed to get the account, I was firstly wondering if you could check whether the account was breached to which i can return it to and secondly, if it hasn't could I change the email on the account to a personal one to secure the account as my own.
Karajakataka is the name of the main character on the account.

nope, old owner can always retrieve the account back bla bla bla that is why the support always says that is why its forbidden to sell/buy/trade/giveaway/lottery accounts
