Wont connect to my IP

Ok I have my data base all set up through Xamp for testing purposes but I cant seem to log in to my server using my ip. Ive changed the config.lua to my ip but it still wont work. The weird part is i can still log in to my 127.0.0.1 when the server is running and the account and characters are added to the phpmyadmin. Can someone please help me with this and tell me what im doing wrong. Thanks

disable your firewall then you can connect.

So just use localhost to connect, what's wrong with that? Or other people can't connect to ur server aswell?

use the ip 192.168 the one you used to open ports i had this problem and worked with that ip

I tried testing the see if it was online with the otserv and it said my server has to be online to be posted. I put my ip as the server adress and thats what it said.

Ports say they are being used by xamp. I havnt tried the 192.168 yet but i will have to later. All i do is plug that in the config.lua ip adress?

just put your global ip in config and login with 192.168.etc
