Xbox 360 gamertag banned, what happends?

So if your xbox 360 gamertag gets banned for "In accordance with Xbox Live policy, the gametag <gamertag> is no longer allowed. Please change your gamertag before playign on Xbox Live."

Would this cost me another 10 dollars?

Nop ;3 I don't think so, this is how people rename their Gamertags for free, they get their friends to complain about the name and eventually it should get banned and able to rename the gt. Don't gotta pay anythin' for it
