What is it a custom Tibia Client?
It's just a normal Tibia.exe modified to connect directly to the server you are playing.
What's the advantages?
If you use a custom Tibia Client you don't need to use an IP changer to play an OT. (Ofc, 1 Tibia Client edited can't be used to play any ot, just the one you have choosed before making it). Another advantage is that you can record movies using Tibicams, in OTs.

7.6 doesn't have any encryption.
