The Adventures of Nex - by Neon

- Where am I?
I woke up due to a heavy bump. It was pitch black and I had no idea where I was, nor what just happened.
I started bashing on the wooden walls, I felt claustrofobic inside of this thing.
Suddenly, I could hear water pouring in while I bashed through the wooden walls.

- Water?!
The only thing I could think of was that I had to get to the surface as fast as possible!
But once I got out of the coffin, I could not believe what I saw...

- What the hell is this place?
As lucky as I could get, I found myself an old divers helmet that I could wear to breath underwater.
*Stuck in the moment, I really found it funny that I actually found a helmet to save me.*

- But I have to see what this is!
I decided to explore this wonderful underwater castle.
My grandfather once told me a story about an underwater world, "Atlantis". But I knew they were just stories.
But now it hit me... Could it really be true?

- I was so convinced...
After all I realized this was not Atlantis...
I seemed so convinced that everything was true.
Maybe it is, I don't know. And I guess I will never know.

However, I did actually find a note, inside of a room.
But it's pretty much destroyed. But it seems like there is something else about that place.

- Gotta get back to reality...
Although I found this portal inside the underwater castle, kinda mystical, why would they have a portal in there?

The portal teleported me to land. Ontop of a cliff. There I stood, watching the beautiful landscape,
and thank the lord for giving me the blessing of life!
- But wait! What's that? Someone's crashed!
I could see a wreck of a boat lying on the shore. I have to get down there and see what I can find.

*Suddenly, I had a flashback!
It was not clear, but I had some visions... Visions of when I was abducted.
But I could not clarify who it was that did it...*

- So far I had my luck with me. But I couldn't rely on it to last forever,
I had to find some kind of shelter!

- But, what's this smell?
- Smells like someone's died here.
- I have to find out what it is!

Atleast I had the knowledge of how to survive in the wild.
But I had no idea what ceatures that lurked in this dim forest.

- What's this!?
- Woah! What the hell is that!?

I saw something, in a deep hole. There was something down there!
I threw one of my torches down in the hole to see what it was...
The thing I saw was not pleasant.

- I have to turn back, so it won't notice me!

While I was walking through the forest, I could see something
glistening!

- Maybe there is someone who can help me there!

It was a small cottage, but I couldn't see anyone inside.
- What can I do!?
- Looks very abandoned to me.
- Aff, what the hell!

I broke in to see if I could find something in good use
and lay down on the bed, and fell asleep...
