I like to map cities the most. I'm able to map other things as well.
I've worked for Demonika and my projects as well.

This looking promising, but could u give some more info about the story behind the server . What's the starting idea behind the life on Argonia?

i'm definetly interested in a job a story writer if the story behind the server suits me
i'm mostly a player on costum ots and the one thing that bothers me is that there are to few questslines ( like epic questlines taking ages to complete). this is what makes the world interesting, exploring and exping.

Here is the story so far, its not even close to finished seeing as I've been more focused on writing the quest line stories for each area.. but there will however, be this story on the website that people can read to find out about Aragonia and its times before the player joined. More like a "In The Beginning of Time" story. But I also need people who will write stories for the quests that the players actually do, but here is the story so far of, How Argonia Has Come To Be:

The Story of Aragon
Chapter 1: In the Beginning

Like all worlds Argonia (Realm of Aragon) is filled with both good and evil, love and hate, the generous and the greedy, the wealthy and the poor. A world filled with wonder and adventure to those that deem a life to venture and explore, where your greatest dreams can come true if you are filled with determination. Though, Aragonia was not always like this, in the beginning the war between good and evil strickened the lands; the battle was evenly matched on both sides with the Argonian people lacking a strategy to handle the evil that dwelled. Minions freely walked the lands slaying anything in sight bringing an unwanted time of depression to the lands. In a desperate way to fight back, the people of Aragonia came together to form an alliance, which then fought and banished the forces of evil from the lands; pushing them deep into the earth where they can no longer unleash havoc and terror on the unsuspecting. Though the battle seems to be won, evil still dwells in the shadows of the lands waiting for a chance to claim what they deem as their property. The Royal Forces of Argonia keep towns and other populated areas safe for when the minions raid the lands trying to fight back. With the help of evolution, Argonians have become highly intelligent to a point where they have increased their skills in magic, armoury and defence systems to keep the community safe.

Chapter 2: War of Roses

Once Aragonia was deemed safe, the time for proper leadership was put into high priority. People fought and bickered with each other over who would be fit to lead the newly formed alliance of people. But little did they know one among them would soon start the first peaceful transition of power by starting the War of Roses. (War of Roses, taken from real life events from "King Henry the Fifth")

As you can see, I'm trying to make the story very descriptive to give the player a mental image almost. While also including small tid-bits of things that happened in real life, for example the "War of the Roses" which I've included into my story.

I wanted to have a peaceful transition into power at the beginning of times in Argonia, so I took information from King Henry the Fifth and started incorporating ideas of my own into the story. You also need to be very picky about which words you use, and if you use them twice. Grammar, and the way things are said in the story need to be perfect.

LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME SCRIPTER WITH COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO CREATE QUEST NPCS, NEW FEATURES, ETC!

Bumping up the thread, lets get some more people working on this! - The citys quests/story line is completely finished (Levels 1-10), no we are completing the rest of the beta test and getting ready to make some big advancements!

Calling all scripters and mappers!

2 out of 4 areas are completed in the BETA series of Argonia now; we are pushing to finish and have the beta online within a months time. What will happen from then on is numerous updates/adding in the next series of quest lines as they are completed.

For the starting of the server we will need a team of 3-5 responsible people who can check for bugs, and collect suggestions from the players as-well as test current systems and collect data on those to see how we should fine-tune them. I myself will be doing alot of testing, but I will definitely need someone of each vocation to help test new spells, attacks, etc.

Hehemidu is also writing stories now for Argonia.

I've added a new position on the first post "Web Designer" so hopefully we can get a decent template ready for argonia. Still looking for scripters and mappers ontop of that, so get your applications in!

Bump for a scripter!

We are currently looking for a client developer that can help us add certain abilities to the client for our new systems.

For example: Editing the Market Place to allow the player to view if the item has common/rare/legendary stats in the details tab. (SpeedBonus, AttackSpeed Change, Mana/Health Increase, etc). Since right now it only shows +magic level, bonus attack/defence; and thats not enough.

We are also looking for another scripter that has decent knowledge on creating scripts and npcs.

And if there are any RPG mappers out there, create an app!
