Does anyone know a good online money transfeer site/company , that can pay money to

paypal account, and it doesnt need to take a start fee to verify card(cause i cant get the

exact taken amount of money except after month) ?

Paypal needs a verification code or somthng that comed when i recive my visa reciet i guess? so visa reciet comes after payement with 30 days..
